The continuous pursuit of Quality has led us to the creation of our Flour “0” W240, made by selecting Italian grains and quality grains. The “0” W240 is a natural flour, with no additives, no improvers, non-standardized, and therefore slightly different in each period of the year. It is milled whole to preserve the genuineness of the wheat, retaining its organoleptic properties.

Organoleptic characteristics: pleasant and distinctive smell and taste

Usage: round pizza, pan pizza, pala pizza, bread, desserts

Leavening: short – medium

Storage:

It is recommended to store the flour in a cool, dry place, at a temperature between 18° and 20° C (64°-68°F) and a maximum humidity of 60%, to ensure perfect performance during use. Incorrect storage can compromise the use during processing.
