Leccino is one of the most widespread olive varieties (cultivars) in Italy. The fruit is oval in shape, and when ripe, it transitions from an intense green to a jet black color.

Our Organic Monocultivar Leccino has been recognized in the 2020 Gambero Rosso’s “OLI D’ITALIA” guide, achieving the prestigious two Red Leaves award for excellence.

Characteristics

The Organic Monocultivar Leccino is a decidedly delicate, fresh, spring-like oil.
Visually, it displays light green tones, while on the nose, two predominant characteristics emerge: a continuous delicacy and a long, pleasant persistence.
