The “0” W240 is a natural flour, with no additives, no improvers, non-standardized, and therefore slightly different in each period of the year. It is milled whole to preserve the genuineness of the wheat, retaining its organoleptic properties.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Organoleptic characteristics:</b></span> pleasant and distinctive smell and taste</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Usage:</b></span> round pizza, pan pizza, pala pizza, bread, desserts</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Leavening:</b></span> short - medium</p>
<p class="p3"><b>Storage:</b><b></b></p>
<p class="p1">It is recommended to store the flour in a cool, dry place, at a temperature between 18° and 20° C (64°-68°F) and a maximum humidity of 60%, to ensure perfect performance during use. Incorrect storage can compromise the use during processing.</p>
