<p><strong>Tray seasoning:</strong><br />
Initially, coat the entire surface, both inside and outside, of the tray with a thin layer of seed oil, making sure to apply only a light brush on the outer surface as well.</p>
<p>Bake the tray for 4 minutes at 210°C, take it out, and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, brush only the inner surface of the tray with seed oil and bake again for 4 minutes at 210°C.</p>
<p>Watch for when the oil reaches the smoke point—this indicates that the tray is ready to be removed from the oven.</p>
<p><strong>Do not clean the trays with water and detergents; instead, wipe them with paper after use.</strong></p>
